Gift Aid and Standing Order forms |

If you would like to make regular payments by Standing Order, please download and completed the attached Standing Order form. If you are a tax payer, you can greatly increase the value of your giving to the church by completing the Gift Aid form, also attached.
Please give the completed form to Anna Pearce. If you have any queries about giving to the Church, please contact Anna, or send an enquiry via the "How to contact us page" on this website.

The attached leaflet provides general information about our Church. It is being distributed to all houses in Crowthorne as part of the "Praying for Streets" programme. You are welcome to print it and give it to your friends. There are some printed copies in the vestibule of the Church.

Please download and complete the attached form if you would like to be included in the Electorol Roll. Hand the form to Tracy Perrett, or one of the Church Wardens.
