St John's church hall is well used by several different organisations such as the Crowthorne Orchestra for their rehearsals, an art class, a slimming club and a children’s dance class. Members of the congregation can hire it for children’s birthday parties or for gatherings after baptisms, (which take place during the 10am Sunday service).
